SIMULATION EXERCISE AT THE SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION

The Securities and Exchange Commission (hereinafter referred to as “SEC”), yesterday, Wednesday, 19th April 2023, temporarily closed its office in Accra to conduct a one-day simulation exercise aimed at testing the resilience of its Business Continuity Preparedness for crisis situations.

Following a successful simulation exercise, the SEC is now reopened for normal business. Any requests for more information should be made through the following channels:
