PUBLIC NOTICE: FULL LIST OF VIRTUAL ASSET SANDBOX PARTICIPANTS

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Ghana, pursuant to its mandate under the Securities Industry Act, 2016 (Act 929) as amended, hereby publishes the full list of entities that have been admitted into the Virtual Asset Regulatory Sandbox.

The Virtual Asset Regulatory Sandbox was established to provide a controlled environment for innovative financial technology products and services to be tested under regulatory oversight, before full licensing requirements are applied.

Members of the public are advised to conduct due diligence before engaging with any entity claiming to be a licensed Virtual Asset Service Provider.
