2025 Annual Report

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) was established under the Securities Industry Act, 2016 (Act 929), as amended by the Securities Industry (Amendment) Act, 2021 (Act 1062), with the mandate to regulate and promote an efficient, fair, and transparent securities market, while ensuring investor protection and market integrity. The SEC is the principal regulator of the securities market in Ghana.
